This programme has been created to help leaders develop and strengthen leadership competences. We show how purpose and values combined with knowledge can be put into practice to innovate and respond to market changes.
LEADERSHIP
– AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Being a good leader is an art. The real art of leadership is the ability to skilfully manage yourself and collaborate with others so your actions bring positive change despite all odds and enable others to thrive. It needs to be done skilfully and adequately to the needs of your organisation as well as trends and challenges of the external market.
In order to achieve it, leaders need to divide their time and energy between three areas of leadership responsibility:

The current organisational and external geopolitical environment, and the three areas of responsibility put a lot of pressure on leaders. To be able to cope with it they need to accelerate at developing a new set of capabilities and unlearning some of the un-useful ones.

WHO IS OUR PROGRAM FOR?
We invite leaders and managers who have already had some experience in managing people (min 3 years) and who have the curiosity and openness to learn and grow as leaders. The LAB programme will be experiential and reflective – so we invite everyone who is ready to step out of comfort zone, experiment and reflect in order to grow. The selection process will include a 1-1 conversation with one of the coaches to discuss expectations and motivation and to ensure the LAB programme matches individual needs of the participant.
