Olga brings over 30 years of experience in leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the Second Mountain workshop. As the former CEO of PwC Central and Eastern Europe, she led 29 countries and 12,000 staff, guiding professionals through pivotal career and personal transitions.
The creation of the Second Mountain workshop represents Olga’s own Second Mountain—a transformative journey to find new purpose and passion beyond a successful corporate career. She now dedicates herself to helping others navigate life transitions, rediscover their true priorities, and design a fulfilling future.
