Joanna is an entrepreneur and expert in psychometric tools, with a
proven track record of successfully introducing and scaling three leading
assessment platforms in Poland: Talent Q, Psytech, and SOVA. She
specializes in leadership potential assessment as well as talent and
leadership development. A graduate in social psychology and alumna of
the prestigious Stern Leadership Academy at Stanford Graduate School
of Business, she combines scientific expertise with strategic insight into
organizational growth.


Her work focuses on leveraging advanced psychometric methods and
HR technologies to digitalize key people processes—streamlining
recruitment, optimizing development, and increasing organizational
efficiency. Through international projects, Joanna has gained extensive
experience working with diverse organizational cultures, enabling her to
design tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each
organization.


She is the author of the concept of Blokady Liderskie© (Leadership
Derailers) and a strong advocate of conscious leadership aimed at
creating healthier, more ethical workplaces. Joanna is also an active
