Unlocking human potential through workspace design

Inspirational Friday with Dr Joanna Jurga

Date: 10.10.2025
Time: 09:00 - 12:00
Location: Villa Poranek

We are inviting you to a special Inspirational Friday – a meeting with Dr Joanna Jurga, a neuro-architect and space habitat designer, who shows that when we design better environments, we become better leaders, too.

Dr Jurga will talk about the transformative power of our surroundings, exploring the cultural and psychological significance of the workspace. Using insights from neuroscience, analog space missions, and team dynamics, she will help you uncover what makes an environment truly conducive to human potential.

You will embark on an experiential journey to reconnect with the “unseen” elements of your workspace, learning how to design an environment that not only fosters productivity but also encourages collaboration and well-being.

"We shape our buildings, and afterwards our buildings shape us." - Winston Churchill
