The Impostor Syndrome Lab empowers professionals to recognize, address, and overcome self-doubt in the workplace.

 

Combining the latest research in organizational psychology with practical strategies, the Lab helps participants build self-efficacy, foster authentic leadership, and contribute to supportive, psychologically safe work environments.

 

Participants learn to understand the underlying mechanisms of impostor feelings, identify triggers, and develop both personal and team-based strategies for resilience and confidence.

Program Format

The Lab offers multiple formats tailored to individual and organizational needs:


● Inspiration Session: Up to 2 hours, online or in-person
● Interactive Workshop: 4 hours online, 8 hours in-person
● Individual Coaching: 60–90 minute sessions
● Action Learning Group: Up to 6 meetings, each lasting up to 3.5 hours, online or in-
person
