I have more than 16 years of experience in international companies, having performed various HR roles. I was a management team member for Retail and B2B businesses in the EMEA region; the HR Director for Poland and HR Business Partner for the CEE region.
My passion is to support leaders in authentic leadership, to achieve their business goals in a sustainable manner and create the right culture for success. I’m devoted to empowering women to take up challenges and make this world a better place for everyone.
