Becoming an Action Learning moderator

The School’s programme aims to prepare Action Learning moderators, ready to run AL meetings independently.

Developing the competence of Action Learning moderation is done by:

  • Familiarisation with the assumptions and principles of Action Learning processes
  • Experiencing a full Action Learning process that enables you to work on your development goals
  • Co-leading the entire Action Learning process
  • Reflection and debrief of typical processes and tools used in the Action Learning methodology
