Most leadership teams are effective at managing operations and delivering performance to meet KPIs within a given budget cycle.  However, in parallel with this ‘PERFORM’ agenda, they are also expected to lead a ‘TRANSFORM’ agenda to shape their organisations’ future.

This is not easy!!

Leading change requires a different mindset, skills, and competencies to inspire and mobilise others to follow and contribute willingly to the change process.

Most of all, it is essential for leaders to overcome human resistance and the typical fears and anxiety that many people experience when major changes are announced.

 

The Leading Transformation Lab is designed to illustrate and explain how to approach a TRANSFORM agenda.  Participants will gain a better understanding of human psychology, learn to apply a practical methodology, have opportunities to practice new skills, and adopt useful tools to be successful as change leaders.

Program Details

Using experiential learning tehcniques, this Lab is delivered in a workshop format with a combination of inspirational learning modules and practical sub-group sessions to apply new skills and techniques.

Modules and Activities

For individual C-level leaders, this is a one-day open workshop offered at Villa Poranek for leaders from different types of organisations, including corporations, NGOs, and impact organisations. 

 

 

For organisations, this is a two-day workshop for the senior leadership team that is customised to the specific market circumstances, strategy, and unique circumstances of the client’s organisation.

This Lab is designed for anyone in a position of responsibility who leads their organisation or function through a significant transformation.  

 

People in C-level business roles (or equivalent) will get the most value from this Lab when balancing their time between delivering short-term performance (‘PERFORM’) and leading change to future-proof and enable their organisations to thrive in the long term (‘TRANSFORM’).

Methods, Tools & Format

Based on a consolidation of our own experiences of leading change with robust academic models, including John Kotter’s 8 Steps and XLR8, and a toolkit designed by our Experiential Learning Hub.
