My expertise focuses on leading change and talent management. I work with teams and individuals supporting them to achieve effectiveness and satisfaction from their activities, resolving conflicts, dealing with change and building partnerships in organisations.

I am an experienced trainer and coach. I have designed and facilitated development workshops in the areas of communications and leadership for more than 15 years. I started my professional career in PwC, where for over 10 years I fulfilled various advisory and managerial roles. During my career in PwC I was responsible for building strategies of people management and development, I initiated and ran strategic projects in the areas of talent management, competencies development and reward. At the beginning of 2012, I joined Fluent Partners to support one of the big polish companies in transformation of HR processes and introduction of a management by values approach. As a Fluent consultant I focus on leadership development and supporting organisations to enhance individual and team effectiveness.

I love traveling with my family, all water sports during summer and good cinema in the cold days.
