Leveraging more than 25 years of experience in management, strategy, and HR consulting, I support boards and management teams of Polish and international companies in strategy formulation and implementation processes through interactive and engaging strategy workshops based on my proprietary working methods.
As co-founder of ELH, I co-create StrategyLAB, a platform where any organization can test its strategy and provide strategic mentoring.
My professional path has included roles as managing partner, board member, and European practice leader at Aon Hewitt, formerly Value Based Management practice leader at Cap Gemini, and seven years of experience from roles in independent and working with boards and leadership teams in Poland and Europe in my consulting practice.
I am driven by curiosity (e.g., Singularity University programs, my own start-up) and adventure (e.g., polar expeditions, triathlon), which help me constantly expand the boundaries of my effectiveness and awareness.
I have also been an Executive MBA lecturer at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (for 20 years), a certified consultant for ExO Sprint and exponential organizations, and an Association of Independent Board Members member. I have participated in numerous development programs at INSEAD, MIT, Harvard Business School, Cornell, and LSE, among others.
