I work as an executive coach and academic lecturer. I hold a PhD in Sociology from Temple University in Philadelphia and have over 20 years of experience in creating leadership workshops as well as Executive MBA programs in a leading Polish Business School – Leon Koźminsky Academy.
In addition, I hold a PCC credential from International Coaching Federation and mastered my leadership coaching competencies at The Coaching Training Institute, Center for Right Relationships, American Management Association, American Society for Training Development and numerous others. My individual and team clients come from gov’t agencies, private enterprises, IT, media, finance, insurance, consulting, oil, pharma, energy and FMCG.
