In my leadership journey from a PwC Advisory leader to Country Leader, CEE Regional CEO and Member of the Global Strategy Board, I learned and developed very much in action, relying heavily on myself as a resource. I would have welcomed the opportunity to attend a programme that would give me time for quality conversations and insights from other senior leaders and experienced knowledgeable Faculty to intentionally strengthen my skillset.  
The challenges I had to face, like dealing with increasing numbers of very diverse stakeholders, mobilising people that I didn’t meet personally to engage with and implement ideas and strategy, together with sheer physical exhaustion from travelling across different time zones, would have been easier to address had I  been better equipped. 
Therefore, I have put my energy into creating this opportunity so that other leaders having the similar challenges could be more ready and make more of a difference.

We created this special learning experience to help post-MBA leaders to further expand their leadership competencies. Using experiential learning methodologies, delivered by expert Faculty in a purpose designed facility, participants explore, practice and design their own responses to global challenges. Our aim was to create an environment in which we close the gap between knowing how to be a leader and being a leader.

WHO IS OUR PROGRAM FOR?

This Programme is for Polish and international leaders at C level whose role involves leading complex teams because of size, variety of roles, importance to the future of the business or geographical spread.  It is a useful boost to post MBA learning, but is not required to complete an MBA to participate.
 
Because our Labs are designed to be experiential and reflective, they require participants to be highly curious and open to learn. Participants should be ready to step out of their comfort zone to explore new ways of thinking and acting, to look critically at existing practices and experiment with new approaches.
 
We have a selection process to ensure that each person will add value to the learning experience for the cohort as a whole.  This process includes a 1-1 conversation with one of our faculty to confirm your motivation, needs and expectations.
